Mohan’s journey in social service began in 2010-11, when he started offering free folk dance and stage training to children in cooperative schools. Through these performances, he simplifies complex information, ensuring that marginalized communities understand and benefit from pro-people schemes. Beyond teaching, Mohan has collaborated with local organizations to provide free dance and theatre training, empowering aspiring artists and preserving folk traditions. His efforts have revitalized interest in Janapada Dance, ensuring its continuity for future generations. Currently associated with Rotary English Medium School in Moodubidri, Mohan’s influence spans education, culture, and social welfare. His work has earned him the role of a cleanliness ambassador under the Swachh Sarvekshan Abhiyan, where he advocates for hygiene and sanitation, further demonstrating his commitment to community development.


As the founder of Shree Sharada Natyalaya, Mohan continues to champion folk dance, offering specialized training to enthusiasts. His institution serves as a cultural hub, fostering creativity and preserving Karnataka’s artistic legacy. His multifaceted contributions have strengthened the cultural identity of Dakshina Kannada District, uniting communities through shared heritage.
