Union Minister Pralhad Joshi launches FCI Grievance Redressal App for Rice Millers

Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Minister Pralhad Joshi launched the Mobile Application of the FCI Grievance Redressal System (FCI GRS) for rice millers today in New Delhi. The mobile application will facilitate rice millers in addressing their grievances with the FCI efficiently and transparently. This is one of the measures taken by the Centre to enhance transparency, accountability, and stakeholder satisfaction. It is part of the government’s ongoing efforts to harness technology for good governance.
